The plans for a new retail development on Endike Lane, Hull have been unanimously approved by Hull City Council’s planning committee.
The development will transform the currently vacant site with a new 7,320 sqft Iceland store and associated car parking so to help underpin the end of the existing district centre.
Gavin Ward, Partner of Dixon Dawson Architects said “This constringed site was a challenge to provide a scheme that suited both the tenant and the client. After a good deal of discussion we have eventually achieved a successful scheme.”
The development is due to commence in winter 2014
