B&M, the anchor store at East Hull’s new £5 million Holderness Gateway development opened its doors to shoppers.
The Lord Mayor of Hull and Admiral of the Humber, Councillor Anita Harrison, were joined by pupils from Craven Primary Academy School at a special ribbon cutting ceremony held to mark the opening.
The new 25,000 sq. ft. B&M store with garden centre has created 50 new jobs in the area.
Other stores who have already joined the line-up at Holderness Gateway include Subway, Bulk Garage and The Hull Animal Welfare Trust, there is also a new 90 space car park.
